ZillowVERIFIEDTodd is great! My daughter and I went to Cincinnati to find her a new home on a long weekend in the winter before there were many listings on the market as he thought, but he showed us lots of options in her price range within desirable locations for her. We found several lovely places that would have been perfect. After she decided the one she wanted, he stopped into another Coldwell Banker office and found multiple homes with the same floorplan, each with different advantages, that were available. She picked the one she liked best; it needed work and he arranged a contractor who did a terrific job remodeling it for her. Her boyfriend likes her home as well. Shes happy as a clam!
ZillowVERIFIEDTodd was great. Answered all my questions in a time mannerly. He made the process of buying my first place very easy. He showed me places within my budget and that had everything i asked for them in them. Great experience.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I enjoyed working with Todd. Beyond basic house shopping, he provided valuable strategic advice that helped us improve our negotiation position and helped us find a lower cost mortgage. Of all the agents we have worked with, Todd was the most genuine. Thank you!
ZillowVERIFIEDAs first time homebuyers, my husband and I were anxious about the process. Uncertain of what we were in for, Todd made the entire experience enjoyable, relaxing and stress-free. His honesty, patience and knowledge were refreshing as we had previously heard of realtors pushing their clients in uncomfortable directions. He let us form our own opinions every time we entered a home which created an effective and productive search. Todd took the time to get to know us and our wish list, and he listened carefully and adjusted appropriately as our wish list changed during the process. He made us feel supported as transplants to Cincinnati and educated us in a way that helped us narrow down the neighborhoods that were most suitable for our lifestyle. Todd was there during every important step in the home buying process, and I would recommend his professional and diligent expertise to anyone. Although it took countless homes to find the best fit for us, we could not be happier with the home Todd helped us find.
ZillowVERIFIEDTodd added a ton of value during negotiations, both at offer time and inspection time. He gave very level-headed and experienced-based practical insights which included insights/intuition into the other partys probable thought process. He also was helpful to answer questions about home improvement projects or ways to improve the properties. He has a great deal of personal experience as a homeowner and rental property owner and is very knowledgeable about the RE market, trends, and tools/tips of the trade.
