Jeannie and Todd are the dynamic duo partnership. Jeannie worked with us to stage our home and even helped editing out closets. She has the best photographer who made our house look expansive and appealing. Todd took over at that point with the copy for the listing. He kept us informed throughout the process. THey move quickly and smoothly. Our house was on the market within a few weeks. Four days after the first showing, we had several good offers which Todd reviewed with us in person. From there, he negotiated the terms and kept the deal moving despite obstacles and bumps in the road. Todd and Jeannie are true pros and a pleasure to work with.
