ZillowVERIFIED Todd was amazing to work with! When I started this process I didn't have a realtor so I simply went online and had one found and from day one he's been a pleasure to work with. He developed a clear understanding of what it was that i was looking for, was open to me expressing my likes and dislikes, and one thing that really stuck out to me that he said was that he wasn't just looking to find me simply "a house" but THE house. I truly believe he did and I recommend him to all!

ZillowVERIFIED Can't say enough positive things about Todd. My family chose him because of his knowledge & experience in the my mother's neighborhood, plus his strong sales track record. It proved to be the right combination because he found a buyer for my mother's house before we'd even finished signing the paperwork to bring him on-board! Throughout the process he was a great resource at every step. Representing both sides of the sale, he looked out for each side's interests & helped us all reach fair compromises. During the inspection, he went above & beyond his role to help the team find a hidden water heater in the house. It meant crawling around in the attic, but he was determined to get the job done, and it was thanks to his persistence. I highly recommend Todd to any buyer or seller - he's professional, highly knowledgeable, & will go out of his way to keep the process moving towards the sale.

ZillowVERIFIED Todd was straightforward, never tried to sugarcoat things and the most honest and helpful person I've ever had the privilege of working with. I wanted to look at a property he knew I could not buy with the VA loan yet he still took the time to show it to me to help teach me what the VA loan requirements were. He had houses that matched my criterion very well and was my strongest advocate during the inspection and closing process. I WILL be using him if I ever purchase or sell again.

ZillowVERIFIED Todd went above and beyond in the sale of my San Marco home. He talked me through the process, kept me updated throughout and was always very responsive to my emails, texts and calls. He knows Jacksonville and especially the San Marco area and he clearly loves the neighborhood. I highly recommend Todd for selling our house or helping you find a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked, for a brief period, in real estate, some years ago, so I recognize capability and more than that, honesty and responsibility. These folks had that and were responsive and helpful all along the way. One can't ask for more.

ZillowVERIFIED Todd was outstanding. We gave him a list of our requirements, and he took the list and ran with it. He saved us a lot of time by narrowing down the properties for us to review, so we were able to find the right property very quickly. Todd is great to work with, and we plan on using Todd again in the future for the purchase of our next home.

ZillowVERIFIED Todd and Paula were a great resource throughout the home buying experience. We worked mostly with Todd, although all of our experiences with Paula went just as smoothly. Todd is very knowledgeable of the area we were looking at (San Jose and Lakewood). He also knows a lot about remodeling homes so it was great to have his perspective when looking at homes that needed work. He made the whole process very easy and was accessible throughout. He was patient with us and answered all of our questions since this was our first time buying a home. I would definitely recommend Todd and Paula Team for anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Todd and Paula were very responsive and got me into a home quickly, as I needed a place to live. There weren't many properties available with my criteria at the time; but they showed me reasonable possibilities. They also connected me with a loan agent who did all the hardwork of getting me a mortgage at a good rate. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

ZillowVERIFIED Todd and Paula are simply amazing. I say this with as much humility that I can. We had gone through two Realtors when we met Todd by chance at a house for rent. As a couple we looked at a lot of houses until we found our house. Anytime day or night if we had a question they were there to help. If we have a question now about a house I will still call Todd for his opinion. They will be If you have a chance to have these two wonderful people as your Realtor rest assured you are in good hands. I never questioned there motive as we always felt they had our best interest at hand. I highly recommend Todd and Paula.

ZillowVERIFIED Todd and Paula are excellent! I actually started my house search with another realtor and was so disappointed by his service that I was actually ready to give up trying to buy a house. Then a friend convinced me to contact Paula and Todd and they changed my whole opinion on realtors. They were eager to help me find a house and helped me through the whole process. As a first time homebuyer, I did not understand what to expect but Todd and Paula went out of their way to explain everything I should look for and what the best areas were to look in based on my budget and wish list. They made home buying fun again and I will recommend them to everyone I know!

The whole experience was wonderful.
