He is knowledgeable about Lansing area neighborhoods and markets, and is personable and friendly and an excellent communicator. Always got back to me right away. He is also very knowledgeable about what makes a good house. He always checks the basement for water and dampness, the electrical panel and overall condition of the wiring, and the age of the water heater and the heating/cooling system.
