James helped is buy our dream house! He's an excellent communicator and quickly understood the features our family was looking for in a home. He's a very honest evaluator of homes features with knowledge of finer details such as the quality of different materials and finishes and brands of appliances -- all of which he readily will share with his clients. Great knowledge of DMV geography and market to get a fair price. Most importantly, James is easy to get in touch with and keeps the process streamlined, which really meant a lot to us as we were buying from out of state.
