ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Toby Avant was the best decision we made during our home-buying (and selling) journey. Toby was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market (he was born/raised in the area), always quick to respond no matter the time of day, and explained every step in a way that made us feel confident and informed. We highly recommend Toby to anyone looking to buy or sell aEUR" he will truly go above and beyond.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr Toby Avant was our Buyers' Agent for purchase of a vacant lot in a prestigious community. His local connections and appreciation of the market conditions were invaluable. His counsel was quite accurate and negotiations timely. He helped us secure the property at a discount with favorable and very fair terms. Mr Avant is truly a gentleman and professional. We recommend his service without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED Toby is a first class agent who puts his clients needs first! Toby has represented us on both sides of the table and did a world class job marketing and selling our previous home in Debordieu. Toby listened to our needs and worked diligently to make sure they were a priority throughout the entire process. Tobys positive attitude and solid communication kept us grounded from start to finish. Thank you Toby! Job well done!!

ZillowVERIFIED We met Toby when we bought our current home in 2013. After closing (he was the selling agent) we discovered the water and electric turned off. As we learned he worked in the development we called him. Within 45 minutes he had them both back on due to his local ties. Since then I have used him exclusively for all our Real Estate transactions (3) the most recent was sold in less than a day! He understands the local situation and if you ask a question, and he does not know the answer, he gets back to you in a timely manner usually within an hour. Friendly and considerate you won't go wrong using him as your agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Toby was a wonderful and knowledgeable agent as he showed us all of DeBordieu we were looking for our second home at the beach. We continue to look to maybe move up to a bigger house there and Toby is always right on it with us and patient while we look around again. I would highly recommend Toby for anyone coming to buy there. We also have met friends that I bought for him that I've enjoyed him and he is actually hooked several of us families together and we enjoyed each other's company. We enjoy his wife Morgan as well. We actually recommended Toby to a friend of ours there as well

ZillowVERIFIED Ask for Toby if you're looking for a home in the Georgetown/Pawley's Island area. He's thoughtful, patient and a skilled negotiator. Highly recommend with no reservations. We started our search in July of 2016 and Toby was very patient in showing us half a dozen homes and attempting to negotiate the purchase of 3 of them. We finally settled on the house we like the most from the start and Toby got us a great deal.
