ZillowVERIFIEDI had a really disappointing experience with TJ. This was my first time buying a home, and I expected clear guidance and strong advocacy throughout the process. Instead, communication was inconsistent, follow-through was lacking, and overall the experience felt unnecessarily stressful. I also didnt feel there was much effort put into negotiating the purchase price, which was a major concern as a first-time buyer. At the time, I was told the property would appreciate. Fast forward several years later, I recently sold the home and ended up taking a loss of roughly $50,000. I understand markets can change, but I relied on my agent for realistic advice, transparency, and stronger protection on the front end. On top of that, while I had the home listed for sale with a different agent, I continued receiving frequent marketing materials from TJ in my mailbox, which felt excessive and unwelcome. I'm sure they may be a good fit for some people, but based on my experience I would not recommend them. If youre looking for responsiveness, transparency, and an agent who will truly advocate for you, Id suggest looking elsewhere.
