I was interested in renting one of his properties so I called and asked questions and requirements for renting the home he told me the requirements and to put in my application. I put the application in and asked him how long it would take he said he would call me in 2-3 business days I called and texted him on the third day and no response. I was so upset because that was very unprofessional and a waste of $30 ???????
