ZillowVERIFIED Lackadaisical- The only reason he gained my listing was because his mother referred me to him. Over promised and under delivered. Told me aEURoeI can get you $65k more then you would get on a for sale by owner,aEUR? but I got less. Uninformed on the market comps, I had to tell him what my neighbors were getting for their houses when he was telling me to settle for the quickest deal. TJ was non communicative throughout the process, vacations, golf, games and prom were all his excuses. He never informed me of what to expect throughout the process until the buyers agent would schedule something 2 hours before they were trying to enter my home. Never received instructions on what to do with keys for the buyer, I had to call his mother to ask her the standards. I thought many agents relied on word of mouth, but he just relies on his mother. Never even was told when they were given access, money distributed or thank you. Definitely will not refer him or utilize him for my next purchase or sale. Shop around for other agents, prior to signing with him.

ZillowVERIFIED TJ is the best!!!! I have used him twice myself and have recommended him to many others who have found success even after dealing with other agents with no luck. A few people I have met in the area over the years also used TJ and all have nothing but great things to say about him. My first condo I purchased, I did so sight unseen and only had photos (before facetime, LOL) from TJ and his take of the unit to go off of. If this doesn't say enough about my opinion of him nothing will. To also show the type of person he is, he reached out to my elderly parents who had just moved down right before COVID and wanted to make sure they didn't need help with getting supplies, etc. He also followed up with me with the same offer as I was out of the area and he wanted me to be aware he could assist.Overall you can not go wrong with TJ and I would argue you can not do better!!!!

He knew the area which we were purchasing, did a virtual walk-through of the home (on Facetime since we were not in the area), set up necessary appointments, funneled communication between us and the seller via their agent, and assisted in the negotiation process (which we were all on the same page).If you need an agent in the Surfside Beach vicinity, I would definitely recommend TJ as an agent that you can trust and be comfortable with.
