FAQ
In this market, we are going to need to move quickly and negotiate aggressively... don't worry, those things are right in my wheelhouse. Let's communicate openly and get you in the home you want our out of the home you don't!
Let's have fun. Buying and selling a home doesn't have to be as stressful as it tends to be. I will give you clear expectations so you're in the loop every step of the way. Listen to your Realtor. I am well versed in addressing obstacles as they present themselves.... I got you!
I have worked with everyone from young first time home buyers to retirees looking to downsize or move out of state. I have helped clients buy and sell $100,000 homes as well as $1,000,000 homes. I treat all deals equally with the respect and attention our clients deserve.
Nothing beats making friends with your clients. My last sale was a home I found off market for clients who are thrilled. The home was in multiple offers and we negotiated in a way that impressed both buyers and sellers. All parties are thrilled and I know this will be a lifelong bond we'll have because it was THAT exciting!
I have a background in sales and love being around people, so it was a natural fit.
Approximately 20 years of sales history. I graduated from Miami University in Ohio and have lived in the Cincinnati area my whole life. I love the area and look forward to raising my daughter here as well!
