There were several we considered but opted to go with TJ because his marketing plan seemed to be the best in terms of building interest in the property and driving multiple offers. He kept us informed about the selling process, even after we had moved to Arizona before the sale. Because we had already moved, TJ arranged to have our house cleaned before showing. In the end, we had more than 50 showings booked over a 2-day period and piled up nearly a dozen offers after the first weekend. TJ helped us navigate the offers and decide on the best one for us. He stayed with us through the closing process and helped us over a few speed bumps in the process. ZillowVERIFIED After a few home purchases that we did through TJ, it is time to leave a review. In the last 5 years we purchased/sold a few properties with TJ. Him and his team never disappointed. A couple of times we had to sell our home contingent upon finding and buying another home. It has always worked that both closings were in the same week. This way we would not have to stay and pay rent until we find another home. They are always there to assist and answer any questions we had. I hope I am done moving, but if it comes to the point where we need to sell again, we will give TJ a call.

Unfortunately, at that time we didn't find anything, but thru the very many houses TJ showed us he was always professional, courteous, and kind. We told him we'd come back to him when we were ready to try again. So, we contacted him a second time in 2016 and still unfortunately nothing felt like the right fit. We again told him we'd come back to him. I'm sure when we contacted him in 2020; he was like oh boyaEUR|here we go! lol Seriously, though he really was always professional, courteous, and kind. After too many to count showings in the crazy market, nothing felt right. Ultimately, we decided to build our dream home and TJ was there for us; chiming in on emails, he met with the builder and even came to our walkthrough. Seriously, hes just the best! TJ had helped several family members with their realty needs and he came highly recommended. TJ came out for an initial inspection of the property as it was being vacated by our last renters. He did a quick market analysis and provided me his thoughts as to what we could get "as-is" but also provided his thoughts on what improvements we could make to enhance the value and presentation of the home.
