Excellent agent comes very well prepared to list you're house. Not just a bunch of copies with homes for sale in your area. Didn't care because that is what the first four real estate agents did. TJ came with information about our house he was the only agent that walked through our house to look at all of the up grades we had made. He also walked in the yard to look at the landscape. He keeps promises returns all calls even sent e-mails after midnight. Never went without answering all all of our questions. Highly recommend TJ

Working with Tj made the process not only easy but all the naysayers were stunned at how easy of a time I had buying my home. I work afternoons and Tj worked around my hours to help me buy my home. He used multiple modes of communication text email and phone calls, which eased and expedited the process. He had knowledge of the neighborhoods I was looking in and answers to all my questions. I hit a few snags with my lender and one phone call to Tj straightened things out. He knew my budget and the what I was looking for and didn't push anything outside of that. It was important to me to have someone on my side that cared, was knowledgeable, and wasn't looking just to make a quick buck. I got all that and more with Tj. ZillowVERIFIED This was my first home buying experience and I feel that it was ruined by TJ as my realtor. TJ is unreliable and I say this because the main reason he was unable to make it to my closing that we had set up at least one month prior in the purchase agreement. I was completely alone at one of the biggest deals in my life and I had no representation. From my standpoint a realtor is the person who is suppose to guide you through the home buying process from start to finish. TJ failed to deliver that. TJs methodology on picking houses to me seems very lazy. We would get a list of houses on an MLS site and we would have to tell TJ what we wanted to look at. He would never recommend or say "Hey I know some houses you might like when can we go look at them." We had to see if it would work into his schedule. We would go look at houses and he would just let us wander around the house because he was more focused on his phone then showing us the house. TJ told us to overbid the asking price when making our initial offer on the house. Showed up late to our home inspection and told me he could only stay a few minutes because he had to meet with another client who obviously was more important then us. TJ lacks good communication skills for was very aggravating to deal with. The day of our final walkthrough we had our time set up and we were on our way there when we got a phone call from TJ making up some story that the sellers agent didnt get the memo about the walkthrough till just now and we had to postpone it till later in the day. Come to find out he had a closing at the time and shuffled us back to make way for his own agenda. I really feel like we didnt come first for him and we meant nothing other then a commission check. The only positive is that we were able to purchase our home but I would not recommend TJ at all as a realtor.

Punctuality, dependability and professionalism are cornerstones in his ability to get the job done. Something that I appreciated about TJ is that there was no pressure. Every other realtor I'd worked with had left me feeling like I'd just dealt with a cheap used car salesman or that they thought I was an idiot by attempting to pressure me into a purchase; you will not experience anything of the like with TJ.
