Buying a home sight unseen was tough enough, but doing this from the other side of the country was not an easy task. We knew going in that the finding and buying a home was going to have it's challenges. Many phone calls, videos and texts later we knew we were in good hands. Tito Micucci stayed in constant contact, showed us numerous homes, and was always available to answer questions, and trust me, there were many. If you are looking for someone with high integrity, passion and honestly, Tito is your man. He took us by the hand, and between his vast knowledge of East Tennessee Real Estate, and his patience, we knew we were in good hands. My thanks to Tito. We bought a house, and from the first moment we walked through the front door, we knew we were home.

Tito helped buy the home two years ago for a very good price and just helped me sell the home for a very good price. He represented my interest and looked out for me with his knowledge and expertise in the market here. He also helped me by doing things that needed done for me at the property while I was out of the country. I trust him and recommend him as your agent to buy or sale.

Tito was the sellers agent in my sale. I was the buyer and had a buyers agent. Tito was a complete nightmare. He was not flexible or responsive. I would ask my realtor to ask him questions and he would take several hours and even days to respond. He did inform us that there was one squatter trespassing on the property but he said he would be gone by closing. I am from the Midwest and took off work for closing. Tito called my agent the evening before closing when I was already en route to closing and said he can postpone closing for two months. I was flabbergasted! Who does that?! I have a job offer and dont have 2 months. The following day I went to my final walk through. There were actually 2 squatters trespassing on the property present. Therefore, Tito lied to us. I provided them with an immediate notice to vacate the property. The squatters refused to leave the premises. Tito should have never listed a home knowingly that there were squatters on the premises. He knew the property was not vacant and would not be vacant for several months. Tito is a con artist more than anything and would do anything to make a dollar. He didnt even show up to closing to answer questions we or his client had. His client did not get the support he needed to help him at closing. He did not deserve to get 10 cents off the deal. The only thing he did was list the property and he didnt even do that properly. If you come across his name in a home listing my advice to you is to RUN and dont look back. Being a cash buyer of a home buying experience with him being a part of the deal was extremely horrendous. I am disgusted and appalled at his work ethic and the way he handled the entire situation. I wouldnt recommend Tito to my worst enemy.

Tito recently helped us find and a purchase a property recently as we from out of state. He is an outstanding agent, and we will certainly enlist him in future real estate transactions. Most real estate agents seem to think they can just you sign up for their automated search alerts, take you to see a property when you find one, and then collect a commission once you purchase something. Tito, on the other hand, does what a real estate agent is supposed to do and more. He listened to what we were actually looking for, helped us identify areas and neighborhoods that we would most like, and helped actually assess candidate properties. He researched the background information to find out what the property ads weren't mentioning and helped evaluate post-purchase hidden costs. And after the closing, he didn't just disappear; he made sure we were getting established in the new home, as we relocated. We recommend Tito without hesitation!
