ZillowVERIFIEDBuying a home with Tirtza proved to be an easy, uncomplicated, and smooth experience. She has a talent in what she does and therefore her success far surpasses many others in this field. When we were looking for a house, we felt her drive to find the perfect one that suited what we were looking for. She listened, took it all in, and got the picture perfect house for us! Somehow she manages to understand peoples needs almost better than themselves when it comes to housing! The day our house went on the market she knew it was the one for us and she was on a mission to get it. And of course, she succeeded. The following saying certainly reflects our experience with Tirtza. "When there is a will there is a way"!

ZillowVERIFIED Mrs. Beer provided highly competent, experienced and responsive brokerage. She negotiated to our benefit significantly lowering the asking price. I found her knowledgeable in all aspects of the home-buying process. This was especially helpful in resolving an unexpected post-closing occupancy. I recommend using her for anyone looking to buy in Rockland County.

ZillowVERIFIED We knew if we wanted to sell our home for the price we wanted to a qualified buyer we wanted to select the best in the area. Tirtza and her team did an outstanding job from beginning to end going above and beyond what the industry standards are for example doing a pre sale inspection so we could prepare the home to sell even better. This is just one example. Throughout the whole process we were kept up to date and informed about where we stood. I would highly recommend Tirtza and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED Tirtza is the only person I would've trusted with selling our house. From our 1st meeting to the very end, she showed her in depth knowledge of the neighborhood, the potential buyers & other intangible factors which came into play in selling our house. She is the consummate professional, always was many steps ahead in the process, very communicative & transparent, we never had any glitches & she made it incredibly easy. She was exceptional & honestly we couldn't have asked for a smoother process. I'd give her 10 stars if possible. Run, don't walk to have Tirtza as your realtor- it will be the best move you make!

ZillowVERIFIED We chose Tirtza based on her reputation of moving quickly and being dialed in to listings as they come up. We were not disappointed. Moreover, her relationships with seller brokers all across Rockland county proved invaluable, and enabled us to make informed and competitive, yet economical, offers on a number of homes we looked at. It is fully to Tirtza's credit that we were ultimately successful in closing on our house amid the many competitive offers, as well as other challenges that intermittently cropped up. On top of all that, Tirtza Beer is also the ultimate professional. She was very responsive, responsible and was very pleasant to work with. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Tirtza sold our home for us in Garnerville. We knew when we met that she would make selling the home we loved seem less. We trusted her and could not imagine having anyone else. The family that bought our home loved our home as much as we did . That was so important to us. The house sold the first day listed. Wonderful team Tirtza is a professional. Tirtza still keeps in contact with us.

ZillowVERIFIED Tirtza helped me and my wife sell my mother-in-law's house in Monsey, NY and her cousin's adjacent property. The outcome was fantastic, with both houses selling for well above what we expected. Tirtza has a sophisticated feel for the market in Rockland, an encyclopedic knowledge of the area, and a work ethic that won't quit. She knows all aspects of the process, was able to recommend excellent service providers (local attorney, surveyor), and she proved to be a teriffic negotiator. Tirtza is also a joy to work with: she was highly responsive, understood and respected our priorities, and gave us great information without ever trying to push us toward a particular decision. Tirtza is a consummate professional. I could not recommend her more highly.

ZillowVERIFIED Tirtza Beer is one of the most professional and dedicated business woman I have ever met. Her knowledge of the market, her attention to detail, her wise suggestions and advice in this volatile market were outstanding. Yes, I did sell my house in a short amount of time, but it was not due only to this being a sellers market. The outstanding attention to detail, unique marketing and the staff support that Q Home Sales provided made the transaction outstanding!

ZillowVERIFIED Thank you Tirtza for all your effort in the sale of our home in Chestnut Ridge, NY. We had a great experience working with Q Realty from start to finish and are so happy with how the process progressed. You respected our concern for privacy and personalized a marketing plan that fully met our needs. The professional photographs that you took enhanced the property listing and your advice served us well in setting a price that was in line with market expectations.Owing to your pre-screening of buyers, only qualified persons viewed the house and we had confidence that once we received an offer, we would close in short order. We feel very fortunate that during this very challenging time of COVID19 we were successful in listing and selling our property with you. We thank you again for everything that you have done for us; all your actions showed that you really cared and we were not just another listing.Wishing you continued prosperity and hoping that you're able to satisfy other buyers/sellers in the same caring way that you handled our transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED The first time we met Tirtza, she won our business! At the time, we were challenged with selling our home by lack of foot traffic. She presented us with her proven strategy, tools and resources fully utilized to get advertising out there locally and globally. Her years in the field built a tremendous network, a critical foundation required to be successful in this field. We had a very delicate dance to selling our home and purchasing a new one. She made sure that she worked with every stakeholder involved in making our transactions go as smoothly as possible. She deeply cared about our situation and worked tirelessly to solve challenges as they arose. Tirtza went above and beyond in every aspect of this process. She was in lockstep with my buying agent, both attorneys, mortgage lenders, inspectors, etc. She was so deeply involved that we developed not just a business relationship, but a true friendship. We are so genuinely touched by her generosity and empathy - we so grateful for everything she has done for us!!! If you need someone on your side, you need to partner with Tirtza!!
