ReviewTina helped helped us buy a home, and then sell ours. It all happened very quickly as we loved the second home we looked at. Her expertise at negotiating with the sellers, educating us throughout the process (because it has really changed since we bought our home over 20 years ago), and reassuring us through some doubts was invaluable. I told her she's not only a realtor, she's a mental health professional! She kept us up to date at every step of the process, answered all of our questions quickly and was always available to us. On the flip side, she helped us prepare, stage and price our home so that it sold within the first couple days of showings. She negotiated with the buyers agent to get us the best price and guided us through that end of the process as well. I truly could not imagine going through buying and selling a house without her help. Tina was professional and so knowledgeable, but had a sense of humor that made her fun to work with. I can actually say we enjoyed the whole process! I cannot thank her enough for helping us and my husband and I highly recommend her.

Review Tina went to great lengths to help me find my house. I think we went through 30+ houses trying to at first narrow down what we wanted but then discovered while looking that we could comfortably afford more than what we had thought (some of it due to covid really killing the housing market), but I digress. Tina is great, 10/10 will recommend to friends, family and others. She knew the areas we were looking in (Stow, Cuyahoga Falls, Monroe Falls, etc.) , was very clear and happily explained further in detail other things that I didn't understand at first when it came to closing; but most of all, she always kept communication open. Tina is the best.

Review Tina was always ready to accompany my husband and I at a moments notice to showings (understanding how quickly the market moves) and truly helped guide us through the purchase of our first home. We really relied on her knowledge of everything from the landscaping to what materials the floor was made out of to how you could make a specific room or space work for you. She was honest and straight forward knowing our expectations and was so valuable to us both during many decision making processes. Being first home buyers we had many questions about documents and what we were signing and she was always there to answer questions and prompt about getting back to us. She was patient and reminded us to be as well knowing we would indeed find our forever home. She knows how important this process is and takes the time with you that you need! Review Tina went above and beyond to try to find the right house for us to retire in she would meet us at a location with very little notice. She met us in the middle of a thunderstorm with a half an hour notice as we were driving up from Atlanta, Ga so we could see a condo that looked good on paper so if it was right we would have a chance to put in an offer. She showed a condo to our so and daughter-in-law while they Face Time us while we were in Georgia. We put an offer in on that one but with this market there were numerous offers already and it just went on the market. She sent me listings via email for over a year, and kept up personally with us. I cant say enough good things about her as a realtor and as a person.

She helped with navigating other agents that didn't understand the complex sump pump system we had installed, and helped with explaining the recent insurance claim to replace all the siding on the house. Tina definitely took the stress off of me and made it a more pleasant experience. Will definitely use her again soon.

Review When we contacted Tina to help sell our rental property for us we were not familiar with the market. She assured us that the house would sell fast and quoted an expected selling price that I thought was extremely overly optimistic. She suggested a few things that would make the house more marketable and put us in contact with various people to do some minor repairs that were needed.On day one of the listing, we received an offer for more than we were asking. I was very surprised. But Tina was not, and told us to hold off for a few days because she knew more offers would be coming. She knew her business, and by day three we accepted an offer way over the asking price. We are still thrilled by the speed of the sale and the price we got for the house. We recommended Tina to our granddaughter who was moving here from Columbus and she did an equally excellent job for her. Our granddaughter is very happy with her home and thanked us for connecting her with Tina. We will contact Tina if we decide to sell our current home. She did a great job.

Tina is very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and worked with us to find houses that met our requirements and price point. Cuyahoga Falls is a very diverse and competitive market, and Tina was extremely responsive - finding houses that our requirements. Once we found our dream house, Tina support during the negotiation and closing process was outstanding. I don't think we would be able to purchase our dream house at this price point without Tina's support during the negotiations. I highly recommend Tina if you are looking for a home in the Stow, Cuyahoga Falls, Silver Lake or north Akron areas.
