Tina went above and beyond to sell our home. She was very knowledgeable and provided buyers everything they needed and more. She held many open houses and staged our home to make it pop. She knew exactly what it needed. Once we received an offer she again went above and beyond making sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. She made it all so easy. I highly recommend Tina to anyone looking to buy or sell.

When my husband and I were looking to relocate from NY to FL Tina Silva was or agent. Tina listened carefully to our list of wishe for fulfilling our dream home. While we were still in NY, Tina spoke with us weekly on the phone and almost daily through emails reviewing potential real estate. Once we were finally able to travel to FL, we found Tina to be just as professional and detail orientated in person. While touring some of our selected real estate, Tina was totally tuned into the details and always kept our best interest in mind especially with some homes that did not quite fulfill our expectations. When we found our dream home, Tina immediately went into action to get the ball rolling ahead so that we could return to NY to tie up our real estate there. Today, we are enjoying our FL dream home and have the best neighbors and love our neighborhood! Bless you and thank you Tina for being a part of our journey in finding our FL dream home. Everyday we ask ourselves whats not to love here?!

She does not care about her clients only how much money she will make. if you use her half your budget when you tell her your range to really get you somewhere close to where you want to be... also remember her opinion matters more than your own... after all she does this for a living and you are a lowly home buyer... find someone who will truly assist you.

Tina, went above and beyond to help me find a water front home. She never gave up looking for me even taking months of searching. She also sold my house in just a couple of weeks with open house making other agents aware of sale. When Tina sold my house she alone made everything possible happen. You see the buyers agent was out of the country and never left anyone in charge to handle the sale to represent the buyer. Tina handled all of the responsibilities of the buyers agent. Tina was able to have open communication with the agent for the house I bought here on Rickover Court again to make buying my house possible. I would recommend Tina as an agent to represent the buying and selling to anyone with honesty, integrity, and commitment to you. Jane Rich

Tina was knowledgeable prepared and diligent. She did not show us homes out of our price range. She worked very hard to find us a home that met our very specific needs.
