I give Tina 5 stars! I was introduced to Tina through a friend after interviewing three other realtors who left me less than impressed. Tina was direct and friendly from the start, she is knowledgeable, timely, and organized. Tina was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation; she is very confident and comfortable with her craft. Tina provided guidance with regards to preparing our home and getting it on the market, she schedule a photographer who took amazing photos and did all this within our familys requested timeline. She also ensured that everyone respected our home and certain hygiene requests with regards to COVID. Tina managed a biding war and sold our home for well over asking after only two days of being on the market. Beyond that, Tina also had to deal with a very aggressive and disrespectful buyers agent and she did so with patience and professionalism. I will soon be requesting Tinas assistance in helping us find a home, and would recommend her to anyone!
