ZillowVERIFIEDTina was very helpful in finding our new home. Spent 2 entire Saturdays showing us homes and assisting in our relocation process. Was extremely helpful with navigating our closing with the Covid restrictions.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina was great to work with. Very accommodating, flexible, and easy to work with for our long distance move. Even offered suggestions on how to get around town during the beach summer traffic. Would definitely work with again in the future, should the need arise.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina is kind, patient, and dedicated. She helped us search for a home that met the needs of our growing family while staying within our budget. Tina provided our family with expert advice, leading us through each step of the process, and she always provided prompt answers to our questions. Tina has in-depth local knowledge, and shell be there for your family long after the purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED She knows all the ins and outside about real estate. She helped us buy a house and then helped in selling it. She also would be good to manage your property and make a good profit. Tina is very friendly and easy to talk with. Good sense of humor and honest. She will return your calls quickly. And any questions you have will be answered on a timely basis. In the future I will call on Tina to handle any real estate needs for me, my family and friends. She is the professional that anyone needs, I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I have experience dealing with many realtors, since I move around a lot. But I have never met a realtor who is more knowledgeable and works harder to provide the best customer service. I would recommend Tina to anyone who is having difficulty finding the right place to call home.

ZillowVERIFIED I loved working with Tina she is the greatest. We are so happy to be in our new home thanks to Tina. I had a friend tell me just the other day what a nightmare she had with her realtor, I couldnt wait to tell her about Tina and how good she was to work with. I wouldnt do anything different /Tina was there for me from day one. I wish I would have got in contact with her long ago. Thanks Tina for what a difference you have made in mine and the boys lives we will always be grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED Approximately 10 years ago Tina helped us with the settlement of a condo we purchased and now again recently with selling of it for us. Being out of state Tina responded to our phone calls and emails very quickly. I would recommend Tina because I feel she is very honest, very familiar with the area and will work with you in the negotiation process. During the sell Tina handled everything from the beginning to the end as an expert looking out for our best interest. In a few years she will be finding us our retirement home.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina is knowledgable about the area. She is very ethical and works hard for her clients best interests. She went above and beyond for us while we were looking for our home. We were from out of state and she had our search narrowed down to only a few homes by the time we actually got here to preview them. She went to look at every home we had on our list herself. She sent us photos and videos of the homes and gave us her opinion of the condition of the home, comparisons to other homes, and the location of the home. This made it very easy for us and saved us so much time. We flew into town, looked at three or four of the top homes on our list, made an offer and it was accepted before we left town. We highly reccommend Tina for your home buying experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina is awesome. Always answers the phone. Came to closing. I would highly recommend her if you are buying or selling. She also helped me sell my home, but the survey only let me enter one.
