ZillowVERIFIED Recent purchase was my second purchase of house and first sale of house through Tina Rupani, in the past one and a half year. During the first purchase in September 2020, I observed that Tina Rupani is very professional realtor and provided me excellent customer service to my satisfaction. So this time, in April 2022, I decided to give her business again, of selling one house and purchasing another one. Once again she provided me excellent service with speed and accuracy.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina is an incredible talent. We relocated from Boston in 2017. I personally located a property and reached out to realtors for help. I did not end up purchasing the property I first located but Tina was the only realtor to contact me and immediately found multiple properties for me to look at. Within a week, she found the perfect house. I dealt with her from Boston and she was always available. We went through many rounds of offers with the seller and even when it looked like the sale might fall through, she helped find a solution! She was an incredible asset from finding the property to closing and has stayed in contact with us even 18 months after closing. She is smart, hard working and listens to her client. I give my highest rating to Tina and recommend her to anybody looking to buy a home in the Mission area.

ZillowVERIFIED If what you desire in a real estate agent is a dedicated, untiring devotion to getting your dream home, then Tina Rupani is the right Real Estate Professional for you. She lined up several homes for us to see in different areas, different floor layouts and different price ranges until she found the right home for us. Not only did she find our home, she worked with our finance company to complete all the necessary paperwork while looking out for our best interest. To her we say, many thanks for your dedication.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina was referred by a friend of ours who had worked with her so many transactions in the past. Therefore, we contacted Tina for investment property ideas down in Mcallen TX area. it did not take too far or long and Tina was become our very close friends. She was so motivated to teach out what area, what age, quality of property to be considered. She also had showed us various types of properties in the Mission, Pharr and Mcallen area. Sure enough, we found our investment property and ready to have Tina put in an offer. Tina was able to helped us to negotiate with a very good price on the house. After the transaction close, she also referred us to many of her contractors for renovations. From start to finished, we were able to call and ask questions anytime of the day and Tina was more happy to explain for us during the processes. ZillowVERIFIED She was a pleasant person to work with. She was on time for the appointment. The area we chose to look at was nice but the house had a bid placed on it by the time we arrived.
