Kim was instrumental in making our recent condo purchase seamless. My wife and I are currently living in Virginia and were searching for a home near our families in Michigan. They were consistently late to appointments and failed to communicate important updates throughout the buying/selling process. When I had questions, responses were delayed, vague, or sometimes ignored altogether. Their lack of attention to detail caused unnecessary delays and stress. I would not recommend working with this realtor if you value professionalism and accountability.
