I dont even know how many houses we looked at, and one time she even sent another agent to show one to us when she was unavailable at the time we wanted to see it. ZillowVERIFIED After almost 5 years living in Oklahoma, literally starting from scratch, we began our home buying process, which very much slowed down due to the pandemic. A month ago we started again, and I was mentally prepared to last months looking for it because the search area that we gave to the Realtor where we wanted it was very small, and anyone that lives in the USA knows that currently the real estate market is crazy, lately the houses only last literally hours on the market before they are taken it off with an offer at the door, so mentally I said to myself: "this is going to take a while" but God was the one who had the control. A week later our Realtors found the perfect home and in our area and price range! My phenomenal Realtors Tina and Edgar (Are the good, you ask? Not only good, they are the BEST!) They called me and said: we are up against 11 offers, ours is # 12 and I replied, aEURoeDon't worry, if that's my house, God will give it to me. And if its not meant to be, then its just not my house.aEUR? And while I asked him a thought crossed my head that said "Begin to be grateful." I don't know how to explain it, because it had never happened to me but I want to believe that God spoke to me! I smiled at myself and began to thank Him. They went to work, and an hour later, Tina called me and said "We got it!!!" From that moment everything flowed and more blessings kept coming. God is so faithful! Then entire process was smooth and we are so happy with our new home and our new friends, our Realtors!! ??????
