I am a North Carolina resident. My mom passed away in May, and when we were ready to sell, Tina was ready to work. The house wasn't completely ready for show, so Tina called in the professionals and got everything cleaned out, the house cleaned up and the pictures taken. We had 2 offers in a week and were under contract after we excepted the first one.
