There's no way we could ever repay Tina back for everything she did for us; including setting up appointments with painters and contractors. Taking her own time to meet workers at the house due to the fact that we were out of state. She returned our calls promptly and called us a number of times with thoughts or ideas. She even sent us a paint color which we chose for the inside of the house. I could go on and on about what an exemplary realtor and person Tina is. I would give Tina 10 stars if the system would allow. Tina actually listened and heard what we wanted in a house. She has good ideas and can see possibilities when looking at properties. She set up a page just for us with our requirements that we could see what was new everyday on the market. However, if something came through that Tina has access to she would call or send us a link so that werent out of the loop. It was because Tina was diligent but not pushy that we found the home we were looking for.

She is very likable and knowledgeable, and did an amazing job of giving us very useful suggestions of things we could quickly do to the house that didnt cost much money but did significantly improve the interest and traffic to our home... and she was exactly right on everything! In addition she is extremely responsive..replying to all texts, call or emails within minutes and continually following up with the buyers realtor during the negotiations and on the many follow up items during the closing process.
