When our plans changed, she helped us located and purchase a very unique and pretty awesome existing horse ranch property in Bayfield. The ranch property acquisition had a lot of issues, players, and moving parts to work through. Tina was a relentless advocate for us and provided invaluable expertise and guidance needed to overcome all of the issues, keep everyone off the ledge, pull everything together, and get the sale closed. She has never passed us off to an associate and her turnaround time responding to things is amazing (even while paddle boarding in Costa Rica!!!) We recommend Tina without hesitation or reservation.
