ZillowVERIFIED While working with Tina we really felt that she had our best interest in mind. She literally went to bat for us many times, even after we bought our house. Even now, we still maintain a relationship and keep in touch. She is also very quick to respond, and does a great job picking properties that fit well with your criteria. Tina is very relatable and a pleasure to work with. Whenever the opportunity presents itself, I will be recomending Tina for anyone looking to buy.

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Tina to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. She has the experience, knowledge, and credentials to be a great realtor, but she doesn't stop there. During the home search process, it becomes clear she actually cares about the client and their new home selection. My search was a difficult one, asking her to find something that was almost impossible. I had a list of things I wanted, and it was a challenge to get those while staying within my budget. With that said, she was very patient and we ended up finding the perfect home. Tina made the home buying process, which can be very stresssful, enjoyable. She is a full-service realtor and I'd recommend her to anyone. Thanks Tina. :)

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Tina during a period of great stress and transition in my life - lucky for me, she made home selling and buying easy.On selling my home: Tina made a list of what we should do to get the home ready for sale. This list was extremely helpful - we went line by line checking items off of the list and we received an offer within the first day of listing. Everything from listing, negotiations, and closing on the house was smooth and Tina kept us informed every step of the way.On buying my home: Tina was again amazing to work with. I was all over the place on location and Tina was extremely patient as we navigated areas all over the city. I lost track of how many homes we saw - a lot! I relied heavily on Tina's experience during this process as she pointed out many things I would have overlooked. She was not just in it to sell me a home and be on her way - she really understood my needs and what was important to me in a home and location. Tina again kept me well-informed and was always quick to respond when I had a question.I was constantly impressed with Tina's knowledge, communication, negotiating, professionalism, and use of technology. I am so thankful to have worked with Tina and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Could not recommend Tina enough. Even at one of the hottest times for the market she was ever-present, and I know she was dealing with bigger fish than us, but we never once felt that way. Her knowledge and candor made the process feel organic and transformed our average position to one of strength which resulted in an enjoyable experience. We were lucky to find her, and I hope this helps you reach out to see it for yourself!

ZillowVERIFIED Tina was a professional. She knows the market in this area and helped us negotiate a good price for our home. I am sure we would have lost the home we now live in had it not been for her. She let us know that there was a radon issue in the area, so it was tested and the seller had to install the unit. We had no idea about that. She was a pleasure to work with and we would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina was great throughout our process of finding and buying a home. She helped us to think critically about each house and outline the things that work and things that don't. There were a few houses that looked great at first, but Tina helped us understand the layout and style of the home to realize that it was not for us. When we finally found the house we were looking for, Tina was along side through the whole process and very helpful to give advice to first time home buyers. I would strongly suggest her because she speaks with confidence and really helped us to learn the process of home buying and how everything works.

She always goes the extra mile and provides VALUABLE, BALANCED, and TRUSTED advice throughout the buying and selling process. Her expertise spans entry-level homes for first-time buyers to experienced home buyers with more specific needs. Moreover, after buying a home, Tina was always available as a sounding board for home improvement projects. She always made us feel as if we were her only clients and she works with true passion to maximize your investment, both as a buyer and seller.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina wasn't the first realtor we worked with when moving to this area. But, she was the best and we wish we had found her first. She showed us numerous properties and sent links for us to review. We could only be here on the weekends and she was always available and was informed of the property and area. We eventually bought a property and the closing was quick and easy.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina is an amazing agent. Before deciding on an agent, my wife and I met with several and Tina blew us away. In our first meeting she had a plan for how to get us out of our previous home and into a new one. She was patient with us as we picked every nit and a pit bull for us when something was amiss. I am so glad she called us when she found the perfect house for us, because she was absolutely right. She got us over to see that house before anyone else, and now we own it.
