ZillowVERIFIED After interviewing several real estate agents, I chose the Hey Serri Home Team to sell my home of 34 years. Initially, I met with both Serri Rowell and Tina King who explained their company's process. Although most of the realtors I met with had excellent references and processes, I felt most comfortable with Tina and Serri. We signed the listing agreement on Sunday and by the following Friday night the home was listed. That weekend there were over 30 showings despite that it was raining heavily all weekend. By Monday we received 3 offers, countered them and entered into escrow on Wednesday, $20K over the asking price. Tina and the Hey Serri Home Team worked with me throughout the escrow process and ensured I was properly represented. Escrow closed 23 days later. While in escrow, Tina King assisted me in finding my new home. I could not have asked for a better partner in this process! I was lucky enough to find the perfect place for me, only 15 minutes from my family. We opened escrow and Tina and the Hey Serri Home Team was there working with the seller's agent through some unusual snags so that the escrow closed within a month. If I ever need to move again, I will definitely contact the Hey Serri Home Team.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina was very helpful in helping me find a home that worked well for me. As a first time home buyer there were many parts of the process that were new and tricky to navigate through. I wasn't quite sure of the type of home I wanted or if I event wanted to buy a home at all. Tina was ready to assist as needed. We went on various tours and wrote up many offers, some of which were lowballs and had a low probability of success. Tina was always happy to put together the offers. Eventually I found a place which worked well for me after some digging. There were some bumps during negotiations, but Tina was great at ensuring that the entire process went as smoothly as possible. I liked that I was able to send off an email or text message at odd times during the day and Tina would respond quickly (usually within the hour). In the end, everything went better than expected and I am very happy with my new home.
