ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend Tina. Very professional, very understanding of my needs, and what i wanted. She listened to my concerns and always put my mind at ease. She was like a long lost friend not a realtor. I was her number one priority, i knew that at the first meeting. You are first and foremost when you list with Tina. I will miss her cheery face and down to earth nature.

ZillowVERIFIED I absolutely love Tina. She helped my husband and I buy our first home. We found Tina on Zillow while living out of town. She listened to our needs and understood our deadline. When we finally met in person one weekend, Tina was organized and scheduled a tour of all the homes that we were interested in and even more based on our expressed wants. We were on contract before going back home and we were able to close by our deadline. I would definitely use Tina again when we sale!

ZillowVERIFIED Tina helped my husband and I find our beach home! We were so thrilled to use her as our realtor! She was absolutely lovely to work with. She even went so far to give a gift for my husband and I for our wedding (7 months after we purchased our home). We will definitely use her again when we up-size!

ZillowVERIFIED Tina was very helpful and patient. I was very particular about the location and type of house and Tina worked with me all the way to the end. Always responded to any question I had. Made the experience more calming for me.

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Tina to sell our home and to find us a new home as well. She is very knowledgable and very responsive to our needs. She is a reliable and helpful sales agent that goes out of her way to help. We have used other agents in the past to buy and sell other properties but no one has worked harder than Tina. Definitely would recommend her to anyone serious in buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED A complete professional in every sense of the word. She is knowledgeable, dedicated and available. She listened to our needs, worked as our representative in every way, and was always available to communicate with us. Most highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Tina in our initial steps of house hunting and had nothing but a positive experience. Tina got to know us to line up appropriate properties and made herself as available as possible based on our schedules and needs. She was always a phone call or text away and made us feel very comfortable as potential new home buyers. Unfortunately, our life took detour and we had a change of plans which Tina was very understanding and supportive of, otherwise we would have continued working with her. We hope that when we are ready to buy we can use her again if still in the local area! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina went above and beyond to help us sell our home. We relocated out of state and met with Tina slightly before the move. She staged the house beautifully and got offers immediately. Her knowledge helped us to select the right one. She was quick to respond via email or text to any questions we had. She helped us with any inspections or work that had to be done in our absence. She has a cheerful upbeat personality that helps to make a stressful situation less so. I would highly recommend Tina whether you are buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina was exceptionally helpful in the purchase of our home. We hit many roadblocks during the transaction and Tina handled each one as if i was her most important client. If you need to purchase or sell a home, Tina is your go to agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina is a lovely person to work with. My husband and I have felt comfortable with her since the first day we met her at an open house. She spent endless hours meeting with us and was extremely responsive to any email, text or phone call we sent her way! She was very flexible with her hours and ability to meet with us to show properties. Always available whenever you needed information. She was a real pleasure. My family and I were very pleased with the level of excellent service she provided to us and we are grateful to have worked with her. She is someone you would want as a friend. Would recommend her without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina was great! I had my home for sale with 3 other agents, who basically did nothing. Tina listed my home and it sold within 8 weeks. She was right there to answer any questions and to recommend any professionals for services I might need like a Real Estate lawyer and an expediter. I would highly recommend Tina and her partner, Terri, Team TNT!!!
