Since 1998 I have been a consistent top producer, participating in a variety of real estate contract transactions, including representing sellers and buyers of short sale properties in the secondary home markets of California and Phoenix. * My past projects has been working with investors that are looking at short term "flip" and long-term investment properties sales. I have managed projects from acquirement to rehab to sell. In 2012 alone I made my clients over $1,000,000 in combined profits. * I have been in Jacksonville since 2013 and worked on my own investing projects, in 2015 I obtained my Broker license in Florida and have been building my real estate business representing first time home buyers, investors and move up buyers. In a short amount of time I have already built a 3 million dollar pipeline and expect to double that amount within the first quarter of 2016.
