ZillowVERIFIED Tina is easily one of the best realtors in Baltimore City-I cannot recommend her highly enough! I was a serious, first-time home buyer moving from another state and was having to fly in on weekends to look at homes. I was working with another realtor before I was saved by Tina. The other realtor had only blocked of an hour or two to show me 5 homes in during the 3 days I was in town, but was unavailable after that and not willing to add on extra showings. Unsatisfied after buying a $600 plane ticket and still having an entire day left to see houses, I asked a friend who suggested I contact Tina after she helped him his house too. Tina got me into see several homes that same evening that were exactly in line with what I was looking for. Her professional, friendly, and outgoing personality mixed with her no-nonsense business savvy and negotiating skills make her an outstanding realtor. Since that first meeting, Tina has been incredibly hard-working and unbelievably responsive. I would text, call, email and usually get a response within minutes and definitely by the next day! She is consistently on her "A game." She turned documents around laser-fast and was in constant communication with other members of the team on my behalf. She advocated for me when we needed to have major repairs done to the home I was ultimately interested in based on the inspection report and helped me get a great deal on the house. (She also helped me find one of the best inspectors in the city who charges highly competitive rates who helped discover those issues with the house.) Tina has lived in the Baltimore area for years and has a good knowledge of the city, and the properties in this city. She is on top of market trends and is savvy enough to cue into what individual buyers are looking for and help make smart recommendations on homes that may or may not be a good buy. This was especially helpful as a first-time home buyer where this process can seem incredibly overwhelming. I felt like I could trust Tina to steer me in the right direction on homes, to ensure I worked with the best people, and to make sure I found my dream home at a great price. Tina also has a rich network of contractors who will do the job right at a competitive price if you need to make repairs/renovations later on too. Working with Tina was one of the best decisions I made in the entire house buying process and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I was moving from out of state and not exactly sure of where I wanted to live in Baltimore, although I had a general idea, nor was I sure of what I wanted. With so many unknowns, I was worried that I was making Tina's job difficult but she assured me that it was all part of her job and she answered my numerous questions. She was honest with commute times from various neighborhoods to my job. If she was not familiar with a specific neighborhood, she would drive through it and report back on it and the surrounding area. I found my house on a single weekend visit! It was the house that Tina alerted me a week before my visit that had just come on the market that she thought was the house for me. She was able to figure out what I wanted based on communications the two weeks or so before my house hunting visit. She was also willing to show me a variety of houses and neighborhoods so that I could be sure of my decision. Although I was excited to have found a house so quickly, I was also disappointed that I would not get to spend more time with Tina. She made house hunting fun and she entertained my family with stories. We laughed the entire weekend, all thanks to Tina. I would choose Tina again as my realtor in heartbeat. I highly recommend her.
