The Capshaws, the father who built our home and his daughter who designed everything so as not to leave anything out. WOW!! While this family super duo was building this home I now live in with a big smile, my real estate agent Tina and I were searching for it. She knows her stuff! First of all, she is very accessible. If she doesn't answer her phone when you call, she will return your call very quickly. She always works for her client's best interest. She doesn't push you just to make a sale and only shows you homes that meet your requirements and budget. Tina is a tough, effective negotiator and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is wanting to buy or sell a home. And lastly, I would just like to say, she's just really fun to be around!
