She had a pre-listing marketing strategy that got us a near asking price offer before the open house. The open house was a huge success and we ended up accepting an Over Asking price. Tina advised us that this buyer was the best and most qualified as well as having the highest bid. We closed with a short escrow and in that time Tina was able to find me a house that neither of us thought would exist. I told Tina "In a perfect World, I want a mid-century modern styled home with magnificent views that we could fix up and we wanted it for under $700,000 with no close neighbors. We both laughed and she got to work. We now own a mid-century inspired home that we totally renovated that has million dollar views of Boney Mountain and barely a neighbor in site. Tina says I manifested it. Tina made it happen. There were multiple higher offers on the home but Tina sold our lower offer to the representing realtor as their best offer and they accepted. We still have people drive by the house and tell us they tried to buy the house but they didn't accept their offer. They think we must have had a really high offer, but I tell them we had the best realtor.

Our family relocated from New Jersey and knew very little about the housing market and specific communities in Ventura County. Our home buying process was elongated with the birth of our second child, a distant relocation and what turned out to be significant challenges in the closing of our property, at no fault of us or our realtor, Tina. Three things come to mind when I think through our time partnering with Tina. First, her high level of communication. Tina would respond to our inquiries in a very timely way, if not immediately, and even offered us virtual FaceTime tours of properties we had an interest in, as the majority of our home prospecting was done remotely and 2700 miles away. Secondly, knowledge of the community and the housing market. Tina provided a fair and balanced outlook on the pros and cons to the properties we were interested in. By understanding our "hot buttons" very early on, she was able to offer feedback and encourage us to keep our priorities in mind throughout our home search. Finally, Tina has the absolute best interest of her clients in mind. Despite being in a challenging situation with the sellers of our home once under contract, Tina went out of her way to ensure we had all of the resources available to us to move forward with obtaining ownership of the property.
