Review Tina is a fantastic realtor. She was extremely helpful during the preparation of listing our house, frequent showings of our house, and purchase/negotiation of our new home. She also hired and arranged for a professional photographer to take pictures of our home. They were beautiful pictures and I believe really helped sell our home quickly! I was also appreciative of Tina's ability to communicate almost everything (showing requests, documents, etc) via text or email. It was especially helpful considering my family's busy schedules.

Review Tina is such a pleasure to work with, but we didn't get to work with her long! She listed my house and in less than 36 hours it was sold! She showed it 4 times the very next day it was listed and I got an offer that night! She was very informative during the closing phase of the process. Her advice on prep work to sell was instinctively right on the money and her pictures are outstanding. She knows the business very well and it shows! Review Without Tina's experience, and advice we would have never gotten our beautiful home!!! It was a foreclosure, and was already under contract. I just felt like it was our future home, and Tina help make that possible!!! We put in a back up offer on it, as Tina suggested, and sure enough, our offer was accepted. We decided not to list our house till the majority of the renovations were done on the foreclosure. We were nervous about the thought of having 2 houses for awhile. But it was all in perfect timing. Before we even closed on our foreclosure, she sold our house before it was even listed, and negotiated us a perfect closing date so the majority of the renovations were finished!!! She saved us a lot of stress. I cannot express enough how much we appreciated her experience, and help!!! She is an amazing professional!!!

From the first time we met with her, we were completely comfortable and confident that she would do whatever it took to get our home sold. She provided regular updates to us and would call to check on us from time to time. She also provided us with weekly statistics on how many hits our home was getting on Zillow and provided suggestions of things we could do to make our house more marketable.Throughout the process, we hit several road bumps and Tina handled them like a champ. Anytime we called andor texted her any time of the day, she got right back to us. When it came to dealing with the bank and other companies, she was extremely quick to take the lead and take care of whatever needed to be done to complete the sale!Even at closing, Tina was amazing (like we would expect anything else!). She sat thru closing with us and was quick to answer any questions we had or that the closing agent had that we didnt know the answer to. I appreciated that unlike some realtors, she didnt just take her check and leave. Review Simply the best. Started by sending listings for our search (we're actually from Galveston). When viewing actual homes on a trip, she noted what we wanted...even knew what I wanted when I wasn't sure. We went to the homes I initially selected, didn't find one we liked. Then she took us to another not on my list and we found the perfect home. Bought it on the spot. She even helped after the sale with securing the house after we went back to Texas to pack.

We were making a long distance move, and she was extremely accommodating when we had 2 separate impromptu trips to looks at houses. She was able to line up multiple houses for us to walk through with very little notice. She was also very well at communicating with us, and understood exactly what we were looking for in a home. We really appreciated her down to earth attitude, and her knowledge of the area. We are actually living in a home now that she suggested for us. Review Tina Taylor is wonderful, very professional and went above and beyond to help us. she guided us through the whole experience and kept us in the loop, so to speak, for everything that was happening. she negociated the price for us and took care of all the details. she allways answered our questions when we ask or would find the answer for us if she wasnt sure. i would highly recomend her to any and everyone that is buying or selling property she worked so hard for us, including late evenings. she made time for us when we wanted to see the house extra times for measuring rooms. i cannot say enough good things about Tina. we were not from the area we purchased the house in, so we were not familiar with utility companys. she also helped us with addresses and phone numbers for those also. Review Tina is a great realtor that helped me find my new home. She was referred to me by another realtor that did not know much about the Kingsport area. She called and introduced herself to me. She asked me what I was looking for in my new home. When I was ready to look at houses I was interested in, she was available to give me tours. She was a real asset in negoating the price. She set up and took care of the inspections (home and termite) that needed to be done. Whenever I had questions, I felt comfortable to call her. She notified the seller/seller's agent of the items the home inspector found that needed to be repaired. She kept me posted on the progress of the negoations, inspections, and closing details. I would highly recommend using Tina Taylor when you are looking for your new home!
