Our family had our home for sale for almost a year before interviewing for a new real estate agent. We chose Tina and her team based on experience, out of the box thinking, and her knowledge of our rural area. Her team and her did a beautiful job on marketing, creative sales strategies and customer service. She sold a hard to sell based on location and size (but beautiful home) for the outcome that we wanted and was patient and professional the whole process.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina helped us procure our first home. We were blown away with her extra mile service, so we referred her to both family and friends who were in a bind and needed an expert to help them navigate. She again went beyond expectations, providing the most excellent personal care to everything she does. Five years later we are blessed to call her a good friend and have her help us again with our next move. Once you know Tina, you won't ever want to have anyone else help. She's more than amazing!

ZillowVERIFIED Tina was great! She was completely prepared and knowledgeable about the area. We needed our home sold in a short period of time, and we didnt think it was going to be possible. Tina and her team worked with us. They took great staging pictures with what we had and were in constant communication with us. Within a few days we had the winning offer. The sale of our home was completed just before we had to move. Thanks to Tina and her team, that was one less thing we had to worry about. Thank you E2 Realty!!

ZillowVERIFIED Tina is an outstanding realtor in fact this is our second house that was sold by her because we know we can trust her to get us the best deal. She goes above and beyond what normal realtors would do to help her customers. She even took care of my dog for me during open house what realtor does that. She even staged the house for me instead of having some company come in and do it. Tina is by far the best realtor in San Diego. She makes sure your house is sold quickly and that you get top dollar for your house. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. I would recommend Tina to anyone who wants to sell or buy a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina and Eneida were amazing! I never thought the sale of a home could be so stress free! They both went above and beyond to help facilitate things, even taking care of items while I was travelling out of the country. This was one of the smoothest and easiest transitions I have ever experienced. If you want to be in good, capable hands, I highly recommend you give them a call.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina was a pleasure to work with. She respond to our thoughts and concerns quickly and thoroughly. She was always so kind and virtually bent over backwards to make our deal go through. On top of that, the gift she gave us for our welcoming to our new home was touching and over the top. She made us feel like her friends but also took care of business.

ZillowVERIFIED We were spoiled by having Brooke as our agent. She worked with us meticulously to help us fine tune our vision and the qualities we were looking for in a home until we found the one not only in our budget, but exceeding our expectations. She simplified the home buying experience by breaking down the process and answered all our questions with professional expertise. We did not expect buying a house to be this painless and hassle-free. We're not people that write reviews or take the store surveys, but in this case we are happy to. -John & Tasha

ZillowVERIFIED Tina was very helpful in the sell of our home of 22 years. Tina's marketing skills really made the difference between her and other agents. From flyers and neighborhood marketing, to photos and videos, everything was exceptional. We especially like the overhead drown views of our property that really showed all of our 1/2 acre retreat. In addition, Tina helped us in the staging of our home by adding more updated furniture creating a much better first impression for buyers. We very much appreciate and thank Tina for her expert help with our home!

ZillowVERIFIED Bought my first home recently and had NO clue what I was really getting into or how the process really worked. Garrett & Brooke were amazing, they answered all my questions (about a million) very patiently and without making me feel uncomfortable about it - theyre both very easy to work with & super knowledgeable. The thing I was most impressed with is how responsive they were, whenever I called or emailed, they responded really quick. Cant thank them both enough for all the help, I'm forever greatful!

ZillowVERIFIED If this site would allow, I would give Tina Etue and her team at E2 Realty an infinite number of stars! Tina is everything you would want in a professional real estate agent; she is proactive, communicates well and advocates for her clients. Since day one of working with Tina, it was very clear that she is an expert in Real Estate. Selling a home for the first time was stressful, but Tina made it painless. Tina understands the market very well, and was right on point with the key elements that would enhance the sell of our home. From professional photography, fliers and staged open houses to negotiations and closing, E2 Realty really brought their A-game. Tina has definitely set the bar high. (We entered escrow on the 7th day of being on the market!) We give Tina the highest of recommendations for her superior service.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina is the best out there. I had a few problems with my HOA that almost prevented me from being able to sell to the bidder. She found a way to get it done. I also had a huge problem with the house I was about to buy, Easement issues. She found a property lawyer that was able to work with Title and I am now granted easement. If there is ever a need for an experienced Realtor, Tina is exactly the one you want. She is friendly, responsive and real easy to work with.

She works with amazing people as well. When we finally found the perfect house, she moved quickly and helped us get it. To be the first ones to find and get such a rare gem of a house still blows me away. You want Tina working on your team!

ZillowVERIFIED TIna Etue handled the sale of my house with expertise, grace and patience. She understood I had NO clue and kindly walked me through the process which she made easy and painless. There were many difficult roadblocks at times with many opportunities for negative outcomes and she never once lost her professionalism or focus. Her perseverance is top notch. Tina is not afraid of hard work and I always felt and knew she was on my side and had my best interest at heart. I've interacted with other realtors who's behavior was not professional and very self centered. Tina never once fell into either of those categories. Her staff, each and every one, was very personable, professional, approachable and supportive. E2 Realty made a very difficult life transition as easy as possible. When I'm ready to buy again, E2 Realty will be the first and the only Realtors I call. Thank you E2 Realty.

ZillowVERIFIED We had owned and lived in our house for 32 years. When the opportunity to purchase a suitable house and property for multi-generational living came to our attention, our daughter and son-in-law, who had used Tina Etue as their realtor 5 years ago, did not hesitate to call Tina Etue once again. My husband and I were so impressed with how Tina handled the complex situation of selling both our house and our daughter and her husband's house and negotiating the purchase of the property we were intending to buy. Tina went over and far above our expectations. She is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, confident, cheerful and extremely competent as realtor. We found we could relax and trust her with all the details of our complex situation. Today we own a wonderful property with our family. We would not hesitate to recommend Tina Etue, a true professional in the industry.
