Tina is the best! I have bought and sold many homes and Tina is by far the most effective realtor I have every used (both on the buy side and the sell side). Tina genuinely cared for the sale of my recent home - she began marketing my house 2 weeks prior to the open house, guided me on how to stage my house and made herself available for all my calls and questions. The day of my open house I had over 100 people show up and stand in the pouring rain while waiting to view my house. I had 16-offers - ALL OVER ASKING PRICE. Tina then spent time with me to review each offer as she guided me through why the highest offer wasnt necessarily the best. Counter Offer was accepted and we moved to inspection and closing without a hiccup. If you are looking to buy or sell a home - I would give Tina a call.
