ZillowVERIFIEDI have used Tina to buy my last 2 houses in Fort Payne and a rental property in Mentone. Tina has always been so quick to respond which I love BUT most importantly she has always been very honest with us and I always feel she has our best interest at heart. I would highly recommend Tina to anyone that is looking for a realtor! Tina is prompt and always gives good updates. I am someone who likes to hear frequently about how the process is going and where we stand. Even if there isn't much to update Tina is always proactive and lets me know whenever we have reached a new step or if she has any communication with the other party.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina is very knowledgeable about every aspect of real estate. She gives great ideas when searching for the best properties and will do her best to help you find THE ONE that best suits your family. One example is she suggested we go by the home many times, and at different times of day/night, to see what neighborhood is like at each time of day. She is never pushy over big decisions and I am very pleased with our selling experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina is awesome! My husband and I were looking for land to build a retirement home. We had found a listing online about 6 months prior to meeting with Tina. Tina showed us several options, but nothing quite compared to the listing we had seen earlier, which was no longer an active listing. We provided all the information we could remember about the listing and Tina was able to find it. She contacted the sellers agent and we were able to look at the land that day! A few days later we made an offer on the land and now we own it! Tina was willing to go above and beyond to make everything happen for us to make this dream spot ours.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina is awesome! We found her to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. She is passionate about her work and it definitely shows. She sold our house and helped us purchase another one. We closed both houses the same day! Tina is not a nine to five agent. She is available to you to make sure you are updated during the process which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely use her services in the future for our real estate needs. Another added bonus is that we have a new friend!

ZillowVERIFIED Tina was fantastic at helping us get our house sold. She has a true passion for what she does! She kept us up to date on every single aspect of our home, even helping find people to do minor repairs. She even staged our house with some of her own personal belongings to help it sell! She works exceptionally hard at what she does. She is honest and very professional. She walked us through step by step and took the time to answer every text I sent, email I sent, or phone call I made - and believe me I always have questions! Outstanding to work with!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We have had Tina for our Real Estate agent for the past twenty(20) years. This is the fourth transaction she has handled for us. We have always found her to be pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and dependable. We would not hesitate to ask her to be our agent again nor to recommend her to a relative or friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina is a "one in a million" Real estate agent! She definitely went above and beyond to help us sell our home. We were exceptionally pleased with all the hard work Tina put into selling our house. The house sold so quick, that we barely had time to move out! Tina is a very motivated agent, and she will get the job done in a timely fashion. I will highly recommend Tina for any Real estate transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina not only helped us sell our home, she also helped us purchase our next home. All this happened with in a week of each other. It wasn't a easy task since we work out of town. Due to weather & unforeseen circumstance's the closing on both home's was a nightmare. Thankfully Tina took most all the stress and worry off of us and got both home's closed successfully! I would highly recommend this fantastic realtor!
