Additionally, The Tina Team does all of the extras at no charge to you, we had a 3D Matterport tour, not because of COVID, but because she knows they work and includes them on her listings (they are SO great--not a video of her walking through your house but a REAL 3D Virtual tour)! They stay up-to-date with real estate trends in the area, have great relationships with other realtors and provide suggestions on listing date/strategy to make sure you are in the best possible position to sell. We are so glad we worked with The Tina Team!
