Responsive and got results! Tina was incredibly responsive throughout the entire selling process and easy to reach whenever we had questions. We ended up in a multiple-offer situation with four offers in 48 hours, and she has the market knowledge and experience to navigate that efficiently. She kept us informed every step of the way. In fact, we liked working with her so much that we're using her again to sell another property. We'd recommend her to anyone looking to sell.

Tina was extremely professional. She was open to answering all our questions and was always willing to explain anything that we needed help understanding. If we needed her opinion, she was happy to let us know. However, she always allowed us to call the shots, especially when it came to pricing and accepting or negotiating offers. I highly recommend!

Tina was amazing from start to finish. She was very patient with me. She was very knowledgeable about repairs that may need to be done in order to pass inspection and was very helpful providing reputable and honest contractors to complete said repairs in a timely manner. I would definitely work with her again and highly recommend her to my friends and family. Thank you Tina!!
