ZillowVERIFIEDI'm afraid that my review probably cannot do justice as to Tina's skills and commitment to her clients. In early 2020, my mother had passed and suddenly I had found myself in possession of her home in North Carolina - while I live in Minnesota. The idea of preparing and selling my mother's home some 1,200 miles away was daunting. Thankfully, we were referred to Tina to assist with our sale. From our very first meeting, I knew that were in competent hands. Tina coordinated with local handymen to assist in readying the property, and personally assisted us in hauling home goods to a local organization for donation. Tina even referred us to a local probate attorney to assist us in handling my mother's estate. Her local knowledge, attention to detail, and outstanding service made a tough situation as easy as possible - a true professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Several years ago Tina found me the perfect home on the lake. So, when I needed to downsize, I knew shed be my go to realtor. Just as before, she didnt disappoint. She had a professional photographer photoshoot my perfect home. To no ones surprise, It was sold within a week at almost full asking price. Tinas next challenge was to find me a smaller home. Being enterprising, energetic, and a consummate professional she did it with ease. Then, with her endless source of resources she help me line up painters and flooring experts to ready the home. In short, Tina Adams has been a Realtor for over 30 years in her hometown area. She knows her job and she does it well. She has both my respect and admiration. Shes simply the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina is a most remarkable realtor. Over almost 70 years of marriage and many, many moves, we have never found a realtor to match her. We could not have made our recent move without her. She handled every possible aspect, many of which we know are not normally handled by realtors. She not only handled the sale and purchase details but provided us with information about local reliable trades people who would do a good job for us; made sure we knew how to get to the various offices we needed to visit; brought us little treats to cheer us up; in effect she was our guardian angel. We could not have even contemplated moving without her help.

ZillowVERIFIED If you want a realtor who is capable, knows the market and is both an excellent facilitator and negotiator, Tina Adams is your agent. That's what I wanted and why I chose her to find me a lakefront home in the Pinehurst area. In a little over a month of our first contact, Tina found my dream home and the closing date was set. That's our success story in a nutshell. However, I'd be remiss if I didn't also add several other qualities that make working with her a joy. First, she's been the business for over 25 years and has a wealth of knowledge about the homes she sells. Second, she has a resource list of capable specialists for every situation and emergency. Third, her 'joie de vive' is absolutely infectious. In sum, my recommendation of realtor Tina Adams is unreserved.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina Adams is the absolute best! She made the process of buying my first home such a wonderful and almost effortless experience. She has so much experience in Moore County and seems to know everything about every neighborhood. She noticed and explained all the positives and negatives about every house we looked at and gave great advice as far as resale value. She helped and was available throughout the entire process from looking at houses, making an offer, and closing. I was so incredibly nervous to buy my first house but Tina made it so easy it made me wish I would've done it sooner!

ZillowVERIFIED Tina helped us buy our new beautiful home in Southern Pines in one day. We were moving from another state and had 1 day to view homes in the area. She took us through 6 house and back to our new home for a 2nd look all in the same day. We made an offer and had it accepted that evening. She helped us through everything else long distance right up to the closing. We feel the whole process was very smooth and effective.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina Adams is the smartest, nicest. most dedicated and hard working Real Estate Agent in North Carolina. Don't hesitate to give her a call. After trying to unsuccessfully, sell my Primary Home for well over 8 months, I contracted with Tina and she had a buyer within 3 days. She has since sold a few other homes that I've owned and is always ready to help.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina was great and very helpful in my home buying experience. I was a first time home buyer, and the process is pretty scary. She showed me my perfect home and was there every step of the way from the initial showing to closing and handing me my keys. It was a huge step in my life that I am glad Tina was there to guide me and help me find the perfect home for my family. Thank you Tina for being awesome!

ZillowVERIFIED I've bought two homes through Tina and referred her to all of my friends. She is hands-down the most dedicated realtor you will ever meet and is extremely responsive. She's a true local, and knows everything about the community. She made the entire buying process easy for us on both occasions, and she provides honest feedback during showings. She notices potential warning signs for repairs and troubling lot characteristics as though she were a home inspector herself. Can't recommend her enough, she feels like part of the family when we see her in town.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina came highly recommended to us by some friends. She made buying our home (my first, my husband's second) painless. She is very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of the tons of questions we had. It was always easy to get in touch with her when we needed, and we never felt like she was too busy for us. If I didn't know better, I would have thought we were her only clients. That's how she made us feel! I highly recommend Tina!

ZillowVERIFIED Tina is an exceptional real estate agent. I am in the military, and I was having trouble selling a home for a year after we transferred. Used multiple agents in town, so we decided to rent out our home till the market improved. Once we signed with Tina, with in a month she had renters in the home. They took very good care of the property. If there was ever any problems she contacted me. When the renters decided to buy a house in the area, and we wanted to place it on the market, Tina had multiple buyers already lined up. I cannot say enough great things about Tina. Don't use anyone else in town. If you read this review and go with some else, that is your fault!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently bought a home in Moore County with Tina as our real estate agent. I could not have asked for a better agent. I contacted her only three weeks before I flew out to North Carolina to look at homes. When I arrived, I drove directly to her office and she was ready with a list of homes. We spent three days, with each day between 10-12 hours, looking at homes. I was ready to give up and settle, but Tina refused. We found the perfect home for us and we love living here. After we put in the offer, Tina was always available if we had questions about the house or loan process. It's been a month since we moved in and she still is happy to help in any way. I recently asked for a recommendation for a fence company and she responded within minutes. You can't go wrong with Tina as your realtor!
