ZillowTim was instrumental in the purchase of our home, his dedication to stellar world-class service is a monument to his character and devotion to his clients. I've known Tim for a long time especially our time serving in the US Army, his work ethics and devotion to success is second to none! He brings the same energy and selfless service he emulated while serving his country and being the Leader/Mentor Soldiers needed during critical times. I highly recommend Tim for all your real estate needs. Thanks again Tim for your friendship and loyalty.
ZillowTim was extremely competent and thorough in explaining "Keeping It Realty's" business model upon our first meeting. He and Julie Staley, one of his colleagues explained the firm's use of cutting edge social media techniques to get the house out on the market. From our perspective -- their methods worked, as there were easily 15 showings in the first week of listing. As we went through the emotional roller coaster of offers, contracts and terminations, we still successfully sold to one of the 7 original offers and we were able to get the house sale closed in about a month. We would definitely recommend Tim to anyone who wants to move their property!
ZillowMy wife and I had been looking for houses for a very long time. One weekend we ended up at an "Open House" that Tim was hosting. We had a very pleasant conversation and learned a lot from Tim about the home buying process after we looked at the house. After that initial visit we knew that Tim would be the right person to help us find a home. Tim was always available to answer our questions and was patient as we looked at several houses, trying to find the right one. There was never any pressure to buy. Tim simply sought out a chance to educate and help us as first time homebuyers undestand what we needed to know. He made the experience fun and relaxed. Once we found our home, Tim was there every step of the way. We love our home and are extremely thankful to Tim, we didn't really need to worry about anything during the entire process which means Tim did an excellent job keeping things seamless. We highly recommend Tim to anyone who is looking for a home.
ZillowI can not speak highly enough about Tim. He went above and beyond for us! He is extremely dedicated to providing the best service to his clients. We are first time home buyers and thanks to Tim our experience was great! He answered all of our questions and was available whenever we needed him! Highly recommended!
ZillowTim helped me puchase my first rental property as a miltary veteran and yes you can use a VA Loan for it. He's very attentive and is always available for guidance if you are skeptical for your first home purchase. Also Tim is always prepared and resourceful in making sure you are getting proper vallue for your home, he's worked long hours for me especially making sure documents are submitted on time and helping me through the loan approval process because I had a bad credit score in the low 600s. My consumer experience with him is extremely high, I'd give him 6 stars if possible, he has worked long and arduous hours making sure my deal went through and set me up for success in the long term. I am looking forward to working with him again as a investor and homeowner/buyer. 11/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any military sevice member!
