About Tim Woolery

I am a realtor with Real Broker. A veteran and a father to an amazing 8 year old. In my free time I like to read, spend time with my daughter and learn a new cooking recipe. I got into this business to be different to do more and focus on the people. Every offer I write is with 110% effort all the extras are used to win. I call the listing agent, and make the loan officer call just so they know the team will work hard to make this happen.

If only I could give ten stars! Tim was Awesome! We are so glad we got to work with him. Tim took us on under unique circumstances and worked patiently with us for a quick and seamless sale. He was always on top of things, quick to respond, aware of the situations, eager to help in any way, and showed exceptional professionalism. He is not only an excellent realtor but an exemplary person. Highly, highly recommend Tim!

Tim was able to come in and help us sell our house above our asking price. We discussed pricing with multiple agents and Tim was able to market our home and get us to a price well over what other agents were recommending to list at. His assessment of the market was on much more realistic with where the appraised value came back. We were an unusual case, listing the house with a close date mandated to almost 6 months out. He was patient and kept with the process, even helping us react to last minute storm damage to ensure an on-time closing process. He is very dedicated to his position.

Tim represented me as a buyer. He knew what to look for in each property which is helpful as an investor. When I wanted to see a new listing Tim would get us in there right away. And when it came to making an offer he helped us make strong offers that stood out. He helped us win on our twinhome in Rochester, MN. Would definitely work with him again!

Tim Woolery is a great realtor. He helped us tremendously in our search for our first home. Not only did we find a great home, but we were also able to win in multiple offers. Tim made our first home buying experience fun and stress-free. Working with Tim is working with someone who has the heart of a teacher. He cares about what his buyers are getting themselves into and truly wants what is best for people. Professional, fun, and a great communicator you can not go wrong buying a home with Tim. He really is the best!!

Tim was so wonderful to work with. I told him exactly what I was looking for in a home and he showed me everything available that we both knew I would love! He was never pushy with me and always knew what to look for structurally to make sure I was getting a great home. Thanks to Tim and his patience, I have a wonderful house that I could not be more happy with!

Tim is an awesome guy! He really went the extra mile to get me into a great home as soon as possible from all the early morning texting, late night phone calls and emails; always positive and always cheerful. He drove to New Ulm on some very spur of the moment request without any hesitation. He is very knowledgeable about houses and surpassed my idea of what a realtor should do! He climbed all the way back in some pretty scary attics and that is going above and beyond Tim is terrific and the real deal! He got me a super awesome lender who was really able to help me as a first time home buyer! What a truly great person to have representing this company! If I am ever in need for an agent in the New Ulm area or know of someone that is looking for a good agent and company, I would definitely suggest Tim!
