Review While fumbling around in the dark on a potential house purchase my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Whittemore and there's really not enough nice things I can say about him. His communication was quick and clear, I loved the recorded video messages. And he took time to go over each and every aspect of the buying process with us and answer all of our questions (there were many) and that was before we even signed a contract with him. Mr. Whittemore has a great and easy presence and gives 100% to all his clients. Definitely would work with him again!

Tim asked a lot of questions to truly understand what we were looking for and was honest (both positive and negative) on what he presented to us. Once he put it on the market, we had a great offer in about a week or less. Tim was always available and quick to respond to any questions. Review I found Tim via a you tube video about Navarre Beach, Fl. He seemed down to earth and I felt comfortable with his presentation. When my husband and I decided it was time to buy in the panhandle area, we knew Tim was the one we wanted to work with. He sent us various listings that fit our wish list, but one just really stood out. The problem was that due to Covid, we didn't want to travel down to look at various places. Tim face timed us to do a virtual walk thru. We really loved the place, however we wanted comparisons so Tim did another walk thru of a different condo. We were sold on the first one. Tim helped us make an offer and he was wonderful thru the entire process. From start to finish, he kept things moving and we closed within 3 weeks, would have been 2 however the seller wanted 3. Review Tim did a great job listing and selling my home as well as advising me how to make my home show better for the open houses. The only negative I would say is, as a first time home seller with very minimal experience, I would expect a realtor to more or less, for lack of a better term, hold my hand through the process. Instead, at times, it felt as though I was expected to learn as I go. With all that said, going into the process I told Tim my highest priority was to get the value that I expected from my home. He was able to do that and in a shorter timeline than he initially quoted me. So, overall I was very satisfied with working with him.

Review Tim and I go way back when it comes to our agent/seller relationship. I knew I wanted to sell my house, but wasn't quite ready to do so. That didnt keep Tim from checking in every so often to see if we had any questions or if their was anything he could do for us to help with getting the house ready to sell. When I finally did decide that I was ready to sell(about a year later), Tim came and assessed our house, showed us what other similar houses to ours were going for on the market, showed us their marketing strategy, and much more. Thanks to their outstanding marketing, within 1 week of our house being on the market we received 3 showings and 2 had put offers in. Tim then laid out both offers in a way that made it easy for us to understand the pros and cons of each. A coin was flipped and I had chosen my offer. Finally, Tim stuck with me until the end. From getting arrangements together for repairs, to weekly check in calls to make sure everything was still going smoothly, to being there at closing (unlike our realtor who helped us purchase the house). Tim is very professional and excellent at what he does. I most definitely will be choosing him again when I buy another home for me and my family.

Review Tim is AWESOME! My wife actually met him at an open house a couple years ago when we first moved to the area and were conducting our research. They connected immediately and we knew Tim was going to be our agent when the time came for us to seriously look and buy a house. We heard from Tim periodically from time to time, especially around the holidays. His customer service even before we were customers was outstanding! One aspect that sold us on Tim and his ERA Realtor team is the commitment to veterans with a donation from each sale. Being retired military, this convinced me to go with Tim and his team and I was not disappointed. It took us a couple of years, but we were ready to buy at the beginning of the year. Between Tim and my wife they knew the neighborhoods and we soon found a house to submit a bid. We knew it would be a contingency bid, but it was good to complete the process. Unfortunately, the bid was not considered because of the previous bid on the house so we continued our search. Within days, we found our dream house, Tim showed it to us and we were placing a bid that day! We now own it! Tim might have been "Our Realtor" for almost three years, but when we were ready at the first of the year, he helped us close on 28 February. Everything worked out with the timing, the ending of our current lease and the purchase of our new house! The assistance Tim provided was immeasurable. The bid we submitted was a fair bid. The counter offer was only a couple thousand dollars away from our offer, it was not hard to accept and rejoice. I give Tim and his team my strongest recommendation. True professionals who know their business and treat you more like family than just another customer. Tim you ROCK!

Review Well... This is guy. Yeah! Tim was an absolute riot to work with in purchasing my home. He was patient going through a bunch of walk throughs but was dead set on finding the home I wanted, it was like Sherlock Holmes meets Jack Bauer. Just when we thought we were walking away from a home, he was able to pull the information that we needed out of nowhere to move forward, it was very David Copperfield-ish. He always worked with my crazy work schedule and dressed to impress(you'll see). Tim's professional honesty and communication was always appreciated and was what made it known I was working with the right person to find my home. The intangibles are always great, but it was accompanied with someone who knows his business market at the same time.

Review I have nothing negative to say about Mr. Whittemore. Tim is a go getter and did everything I asked and then some. Tim has a great personality and makes a great realtor. I have already recommended him to one of my friends. Of what I ranked above: I have lived in and have worked around Eglin AFB for the last 14 years. I was amazed at how well Tim knew the area. This being my second home purchase, I can defiantly say Tim knows the process of finding homes for any potential buyer. Uncanny responsiveness. I can't praise this enough as I can't stand waiting and waiting to get a response from someone. I didn't have to pay much for closing (seller paid almost everything). I would say that is good enough for 5 stars. So why pick Mr. Whittemore? All the reasons above. Not one recommendation from him let me down, including other individuals in other professions that relate to the home buying experience. He was willing to spend weekends looking at houses. Willing to meet up for questions when asked. Above all, Mr. Whittemore wasn't so oversaturated in clients that I ever felt I wasn't getting enough out of him. He was upfront about this and it really showed working with him.
