Our elderly parents were contemplating selling their condo in a 55 and older community that they had lived in for 23 years. Needless to say it was an emotional decision for them to move to an Assisted Living facility and sell the condo they had called home for so long. Tim understood the complexities and emotional aspect of the decision and never once pushed us, as a family, to list until we were ready.
