We did not have a good experience working with Tim to sell our house. The biggest problem was that he just wasn't honest. In addition, he recommended tradespeople to do work that were not competent. He swore he didn't get a cut from them but it was hard to imagine that he was paying a teenage painter $150.00 an hour, and he was insistent that the payment be made to him. I have never done this before but I sent a complaint to the Birmingham Board of Realtors.

Tim is the best, he was so professional and always had our best interest at heart. You dont get that most of the time when handling business. I would recommend him 1000 times. My husband and I were moving from Texas to Alabama & needed help finding a place to live. We found Tim Taylor through friends and he was awesome from start to finish. With the difficulties that came with moving to a new state during Covid-19 & not being able to actually be there to look at homes, Tim & crew made it as easy as possible. He was able to find us a gorgeous home in a wonderful neighborhood. First-time home buying can be difficult but everything we signed or looked at was thoroughly explained; any questions we had were always answered in a timely fashion. We definitely recommend Timothy Taylor.
