ZillowVERIFIED Tim is absolutely amazing! He deserves not only 5 stars but the entire universe of stars! His professionalism, knowledge, kindness, response time in less than a few minutes, patience, communication and follow-up skills are unmatched! We went through several some very complicated situations / contracts and the way he handled everything it was absolute a pure perfection! We have bought numerous properties in the past, interacted with numerous realtors, and years ago I used to be a realtor myself as well - but Tim is absolutely THE VERY BEST ONE I ever had a chance to work with! Thank you Tim so much for everything, we are blessed and honored to know you and work with you!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Youll be hard pressed to find an agent as knowledgeable, patient and dedicated as Tim. As first time home-buyers, he did a great job answering all of our questions, teaching us all the steps and most importantly, keeping us calm when things got stressful. When it comes to big decisions, his advice was priceless. Tim is very organized, always answering your calls and responding to emails almost instantaneously. While shopping for homes, Tim is very transparent. He tells you exactly what hes thinking, and would always let us know when something didnt seem quite right. If you are currently looking for a new agent, Tim is top notch. Not only did he find us our dream home, he helped us negotiate a price WAY under assessed value! He has certainly earned my respect and trust throughout this entire experience, and I will absolutely send my friends and family his way for any real estate endeavors. Keep up the great work Tim! I look forward to working with you again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Well coordinated team. Tim answered all questions quickly. He kept us informed throughout entire process. Marketing for my home was great, they used several mediums to get out home out there to the public. Had been with other realtors in the past, he created more interest and showings than other realtors. Did a fantastic job.

ZillowVERIFIED Tim was a very professional person, he made buying the home easy and pleasant. Tim seemed to have a lot of knowledge and was really social. Buying the home wasn't too difficult and it didn't take too long either, when their was a problem, I found that Tim was able to resolve it in a beneficial manner. I noticed that Tim was expendable to any setbacks that I was having and adjusted to them well. Tim was also able to answer any questions that I had. When I felt a little nervous or embarrassed about not knowing some things because it was my first purchase of a home, he was understanding and thoroughly reviewed everything that I was suppose to know in an understandable fashion making things automatic. The relationship was great and like I said, I came away feeling like I had experienced something special.

ZillowVERIFIED Tim and I ran into each other, by chance, at an open house. I was looking for a Realtor and mentioned that to him. Not only did he follow up, but he did so quickly and the way I prefered (email and text, as opposed to phone calls and voicemails). Tim worked hard for me, showing me any and every house I wanted to see, as many times as I wanted to see them. He made the visits fun and educational and didn't try to force anything on me.He learned what I needed/wanted in a house and helped me find exactly that. He is still in touch with me, even after the sale, to make sure everything worked out the way we planned. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Tim to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Bangor area.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm so glad we had Tim as our realtor! As first-time homebuyers we were obviously inexperienced in the process of buying a home, but Tim was very knowledgeable and was right there with us every step of the way. He was easy to get along with and easy to get ahold of when we had questions (which was a lot). He helped us find a wonderful home that we love.
