    Tim is absolutely amazing! He deserves not only 5 stars but the entire universe of stars! His professionalism, knowledge, kindness, response time in less than a few minutes, patience, communication and follow-up skills are unmatched! We went through several some very complicated situations / contracts and the way he handled everything it was absolute a pure perfection! We have bought numerous properties in the past, interacted with numerous realtors, and years ago I used to be a realtor myself as well - but Tim is absolutely THE VERY BEST ONE I ever had a chance to work with!     Tim is one of a kind. His knowledge and dedication of being the best real estate agent is very impressive, masterful, and truly spectacular. The responsiveness of Tim was always within minutes unless he was with a client. He dedicates his time to each appointment and always gave 100% to each of his clients.
