ZillowVERIFIED When I needed to sell my rental property two hours away from my home, I turned to Shauna Smith and the Timothy Schutte Real Estate Team. Due to distance, Shuana had to coordinate getting the keys, cleaning the unit, final inspections and repairs. She kept me informed every step the way with frequent calls, text messages and emails. She was knowledgeable about the market and priced the unit perfectly to get me more than I dreamed I could get and get a purchase agreement in less than a week. Her excellent negotiation skills came in handy when dealing with home inspection results. She utilized digital signatures which allowed me to sign on my phone keeping the process moving quickly. She was friendly courteous and I would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED In networking with local real estate investors I had an investor recommend that I work with Tim and Jasmina Schutte in helping us to find good investment properties. We've been very pleased working with the Tim Schutte team as they've proactively helped us find good investment opportunities, and have also suggested new investment markets in the Des Moines metro we had not previously considered but now have had success in. They bring great industry knowledge and help in identifying property ideas and issues we may not have considered. They're always helpful and responsive when we need them, and we look forward to a continued relationship with the team.

ZillowVERIFIED Tim helped my wife and I find our first home back in 2009. He got to know us and figured out what we were looking for, and he found the perfect house for us. Over the next few years he helped us buy an apartment building and two other houses, and last year when we decided to sell one of the houses he made the selling process easy and fast. The things I like best about working with Tim are his deep understanding of both the local housing market and economics in general, and his common sense approach to evaluating houses. He will help you understand what's really important, and he'll suggest simple solutions to all the trivial details that are easy to get hung up on, so you can focus on the big picture.

Tim was very helpful during my first home purchase, he was willing and able to guide me throughout the whole procedure, including letting me use his truck and trailer to move all of my possessions. It wasn't about just closing the deal, it was about getting the right deal that suited my needs and I greatly appreciate that. Thanks again, Tim!
