This allowed for a smooth transition into the home I purchased with my proceeds from the sale of the marital home. When I noticed homes I was interested in, Tim showed them to me timely. We knew then that we had chosen the right person to represent us. He was honest and thourough. Kept us updated constantly. Advised us on what to do, what to not do and we only had our house on the market for a few days before we recieved an asking price offer. There was never a time when Tim did not respond to our call(s) or text messages in regard to our real estate search. In fact, I got overzealous looking at a property on-line, wanted to offer and Tim advised to go look. Boy am I glad as the property ended of being not what we would have wanted.
