04/28/2022 - Sarah martinez Bought a Single Family home in 2022 in Penn Valley, CA. Tim Jobe was a valuable source of knowledge on the area, and he was overwhelming patient with our 6-month search for the perfect property. I would recommend him to anyone looking for their next home or property. We relocated to the area from the Bay area. We were unfamiliar with NV county. Tim was friendly and truly knowledgeable about homes in different areas and aspects of upkeep. He helped lay out props and cons for our lifestyle with each house we viewed. He presented all the information and brought up things we had ourselves not thought of. Tim was honest, hard working and very calm and patient with our search.
