ZillowVERIFIED If you get him as an agent all your worries would be gone. We are first time home buyers and he guided us thought-out the process. We moved from VA to TX and had no idea about the place/ builders/ neighborhood etc. He was with us through all thick and thin, showed us the properties virtually, guided about the area, helped with home inspection, came to walkthrough and even at closing. Chery on the top is even after the closing he is still guiding/ helping us with all our questions. He is an amazing person and cares about his customers like a family. ZillowVERIFIED Tim is truly and an advocate for YOU. He goes at your speed and wants to make sure you are aware and comfortable with every step of the process from listing to close. He provided me sample contracts, local listings, and was on emails and phone calls as needed. There are also many areas where Tim went above and beyond, but I will just call out two to keep this brief. 1. The first photos of the house did not turn out great. Instead of using what he had, he ordered a rush reshoot to make sure we had great photos of the house in time for listing. 2. The buyer requested an inspection, and both my wife and I were not available to accommodate this last minute request. Tim volunteered to help us with our dogs so we can accommodate the inspection request and keep the closing on track.He helped us get top dollar and terms for our house, and went out his way to make sure of it. I highly recommend Tim!

ZillowVERIFIED I bought a home in Cedar Park, Texas with Tim Hahn. I was a buyer coming from another state so I needed someone with local knowledge. Tim had the right knowledge since he was local. His responsiveness was immediate. The most important aspect when I work with an agent is the communication and I just have a reasonable expectation which is a response within 24-48 hours and Tim did that without any further delay. Furthermore, he was a good negotiator. He was able to negotiate pricing, repairs and other matters very well with the selling agent even if the selling agent was not the most friendliest. Lastly, he is just a good guy to work with. I never met him in person during the purchase process but he made it easy. Thank you Tim! I highly recommend Tim! :)

My situation was unique, I went through the citys website to find an affordable housing unit that would be right for me as a first time home buyer. Tim was very accommodating and even visited each potential home with me. Upon deciding which home I would be buying, Tim helped me all throughout my very complicated process with getting approved through the city. Not only did he aide me in getting approved to purchase the unit, but also helped me throughout the process of applying for a DPA loan. I feel very lucky with smooth how my home purchase went despite all the stipulations that came with it being an affordable unit. Even after deciding I would be purchasing the home, Tim helped me by coming along to my Blue tape inspection and making sure that the builders fixed any problems that could arise and was very thorough during the inspection. Tim overall was very knowledgeable and I feel like my first time home buying experience would not have gone as smoothly had I chose someone else. Thanks again for all of your help Tim!
