1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Tim recommends meet with a lender first to know your budget, including monthly payment and down payment options, when in escrow sending documents to your lender in a timely manner becomes very important.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
For the sellers initial list price is crucial, your home gets its most exposure the first couple weeks on the market. If you are over priced it does not matter what kind of marketing is being done, or how experienced your Vallejo Realtor is having a over priced listing is going to cause frustration and heartache.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Probate sales, Trust sales, bank owned sales, short sales, vacant land, mobile homes, condos, and single family homes.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Tim Garton recently was working with a out of state seller, the home was located in Vallejo CA which was in great need of repairs. Tim was able to coordinate these repairs with the contractors on time within the sellers budget.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Tim Garton started investing in Vallejo real estate beginning in 2003 and after noticing passion for real estate and the will to help people Tim started taking real estate coarses at Solano College in 2005
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Tim Garton has several designations above the entry level requirements to be a Realtor. He also use to be a licensed contractor so assisting with supervising repairs before putting your Vallejo home on the market is always a big plus!
