ZillowVERIFIEDIf you are looking for the best real estate agent in Vallejo, Mr. Tim Garton is absolutely the one! Tim helped my mom and his husband find their perfect home back in 2011. After 18 years, we decided to put the home on the market last month, with Tims help, the house was sold speedily and smoothly at a very good price. He is such a smart gentleman with excellent negotiation skills and exceptional problem solving abilities. He also has a very good heart. Since we live very long distance from the property, there are so many things that we were not able to do by ourselves. Tim has been helping us with so many things prior putting the property on the market. He treat his clients as his own family. I feel so grateful to have him as our realtor. And I am so glad that we chose him!

He negotiated well and priced our home fairly to ensure all contract deadlines were met. He knows the Vallejo area like the back of his hand and he showed it. ZillowVERIFIED aEURoeWe are incredibly pleased with the service we received from Tim Garton, ReMax Realty for our home purchase. The home buying process can be daunting, when you are aEUR~out of state its becoming challenging - leaning on Tim during this transition sure made it a lot less stressful to say the least! Tim was fantastic every step of the way. We had a very specific requirement aEUR" a waterfront house in Vallejo, CA. After reading several good reviews, we contacted Tim. He was the first to really listen to us. Find out exactly what kind of house we were looking for and where, and anytime a home came on the market that matched our criteria, he makes sure we knew about it immediately. He was always available to answer questions, even video tours of properties as they went on the market! We landed with the right kind of home. He walked us through the whole bidding and buying process. He was immediately responsive to our questions to help us in deciding. Beyond his expertise and professionalism, he was amicable and kind throughout our home buying process and beyond. He answered all our questions with in-depth explanations, ensuring we fully understood what we were doing and why it was necessary. After we closed on the house, the house needed some love and care. And again, Tim was there for Us! He could have very well collected his commission and said goodbye to us. But he was there to help us to select the best contractor, roofing company etc in the area to make the new house become a loved home for us! We are so glad we chose Tim Garton, ReMax Realty, for our real estate process needs. ZillowVERIFIED The BEST in The BUSINESS ! Whew, I do not know where to start. My brother was losing his house in Vallejo I am in Michigan , to foreclosure he had exactly 5 weeks to sell my brothers house. After calling 6-7 attorneys for help who all told me sorry that is not enough time to do what we need to do, I googled the best realtor in Vallejo and Tim Garton's name came up # 1 . He was an Angel sent from God!! There were so many obstacles to overcome and he diligently worked through every one of those obstacles and came up with solutions and there were so many and some very personal. My brother would of lost everything but he ended up coming away with enough money to help start a new beginning Tim was amazing , he went above and beyond, the support he gave my brother and family was unreal! He kept calling and followed through till the very end God bless you Tim and I cannot thank you enough !! Thank you from my entire family !! Michelle Salemassi

ZillowVERIFIED Tim is the best, absolutely the best, absolutely the best of the best. He is the most experience. He is the most knowledgeable, He is the most caring He is the most hard-working. Our case may be the most difficult for a realtor: The owner of the house is a foreigner. The owner of the house is not physically here in US. The owner of the house does not have proper tax identification number. The owner is on the title by herself, but also married. All these complications took tremendous work over seven months in order to sell this house. Tim and his team worked tirelessly without any hesitation through this seven months. Hes also had great situation awareness, and excellent decision making. Hes able to close the deal with minimum compromise. And he read the seller very well even though its only one offer over the mountains, he did not negotiate March and still make the deal. during all this time. Hes been total calm and relax, successfully predicted every move of the buyer. We cannot thank him enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Tim never lost patience in what was a lengthy long-distance home search for me (26 weeks). His knowledge of the city and of the current market was invaluable for someone not familiar with Vallejo. Tim's personal service, always with a genuine smile, continued even after closing and my moving into the purchased home. He was recommended by the listing agent for my previous home, and she couldn't have done better.

He went the extra mile to help with the transition of the hostile tenant in the place we needed to sell, and after, got the ball rolling with putting it on the market a price that we all were happy with. ZillowVERIFIED Tim has been God sent for me. My house was old and required much repair that I could not keep up with. On top of that I had reverse mortgage that needed to be paid. I had solar panel that belonged to the solar company and required transfer to the buyer of the house. He helped me through the many hurdles helping me each step of the way. He paid for the handyman, junk hauler, and deep cleaning person from his own pocket. I did not need to search for estate sale person. He recommended a trusted person and called her himself. He helped me each step that I needed to take to get the house ready for sale. With the reverse mortgage, I did not think I will get extra money to help me financially, but I was able to get extra money. He went all the way out to help me through this difficult task that I had to go through. I highly recommend Tim Garton as your realtor. He was honest and straight forward from the beginning to the end.

ZillowVERIFIED We feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to connect with Tim and work with him on our most recent RE transaction. We were hoping to offload some vacant land recently and figured it would take some time. However, not only did Tim successfully get the property sold, but he got it sold incredibly fast! We were in escrow within the first couple of days on the market. This was by far the easiest RE transaction we've experienced. Tim will prove to be a highly knowledgeable, upfront, friendly, and dedicated asset to have on your side! We can't wait to work with him in the future!

He was flexible with our schedule for showing us houses, was patient with our tantrumming daughter, amazingly communicative (we texted a LOT since it's faster than email), and knows his stuff when it comes to offers and negotiation. He was able to get our nightmare loan offer accepted even though there was so much competition that one of the houses we wanted had around 20 offers. Tim answered all my questions, and the amount of calls and updates he gave me during escrow was very impressive also. Thanks again Tim!
